Website Loading/Login Issues Clear cached site data: 1. Click the sliders icon just left of the web address. 2. Click 'Site Settings' 3. Click 'Delete Data' 4. Return to page and reload to apply.

Updating Chromebooks 1. Click on the time 2. Click on the gear (settings) 3. Click ‘About ChromeOS in the left-hand menu’ 4. Click ‘Check for Updates’ Press Alt+V in pre-login screen to view current version.

Powerwash Chromebook Do this when any issues take place. 1. Sign out of device 2. From login screen, press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R 3. Click ‘Powerwash’ and ‘Continue’ 4. Click ‘Get started’ then select the Guest network. |

Make Student Links Appear 1. Open Chrome 2. Right-click anywhere on bookmarks bar 3. Click ‘Show D11 Quick Links’ or ‘Show Student Links’ |

Not turning on / dying quickly 1. Plug the Chromebook in 2. Hold down the power and reset keys for 5 seconds 3. While holding them down, unplug Chromebook 4. Let go of keys and wait 1 minute before powering on

No Internet Access 1. Turn Wi-Fi off and back on in bottom right menu settings 2. Shut the device down (wait several minutes) 3. Turn device back on DO NOT forget wifi network

Turn on/off Accessibility Features Enlarged mouse, screen reading, magnification, etc. 1. Click on the time 2. Click on the gear (settings) 3. Choose accessibility on the left hand menu 4. Find the feature being used and click “turn off” |
