Cisco Webex is a collaborative tool that can help District 11 Staff, Teachers, and Students connect through a virtual meeting room. This article will show you the Cisco Webex site and some of its functions.
- Navigate to Webex and use your District credentials to sign in after clicking the Sign in button in the upper right
- Once logged in you will be on your dashboard which will look like the image below

In the left-hand margin, you will see tabs to take you to your Settings, Meetings, Recordings, and a few other options

In the top center of the page, you will see a search bar where you can search for meetings and recordings

In the upper right of the window you will see the Start, join, and Schedule buttons as long as you are on the Meetings tab. Here you can start a meeting in your personal room or explore other ways of starting/joining a meeting

Note: If you are on a District 11 issued laptop, Cisco Webex should be installed as an application on the desktop. Look for the icon called webex and open it. You will have to sign in if you are accessing it for the first time, but it will have all the features of the Cisco Webex site.
