Cisco Webex: Accessing Through MS Teams Online

If you enjoy working through Microsoft Teams and would like to have access to Cisco webex through this platform, follow these instructions to connect your account.

 

  • In a browser, go to Office.com and log in with your district credentials (if you are not at a school building you may need to authenticate your login through Duo)
  • Find the Teams application on the left side bar

  • In the Teams window that opens, click the Cisco Webex option on the left hand side

  • You will land on a Cisco Webex Meetings Chat page. Here, you will use the chat to connect your account. Find the "Type a message" cell at the bottom and type the following and then hit enter or the paper airplane symbol: [siteurl] cssd11.webex.com
  • If your account successfully connects you will see the following message

  • Now, when you click the Webex tab at the top of the page, you will see that your webex account is connected and you can perform the Webex functions that you are used to
