How to Sync Your Google Account To Save Your Bookmarks 

 

Signing into your google account

 

If you have never signed into your D11 google account follow the steps below. If you are already signed in please skip ahead to the "Turn Sync on for an Already Signed-in Google Account" section.

 

  • Open a Chrome Window. If you have never signed in before, you will either be prompted like below, or click in the upper right corner where there is a blank person.

 

 

  • Sign in using your d11 [email protected] email and your network password. You will be re-directed to our single sign on page.

 

 

  • You may receive a verification, this is normal just click continue

 

 

  • You will told that your organization is managing your profile, continue again. 

 

 

  • From here you will be prompted to turn on sync. Click "Yes I'm In". You will be signed in and your bookmarks will be saved.

 

Turn Sync on for an Already Signed-in Google Account

 

To check if sync is on for someone who is already signed into their google account, click on their initial or picture in the upper right-hand corner.

 

  • If sync is off, click "turn on sync" and follow the prompts to log into the account like shown above. 

 

 

  • If you see this then you are all synced and good to go.
