Microsoft Office: Checking for a License

  • Open the application Word

 

  • Click "account" on the lower left-hand side

 

  • You should see the image below. If the text shown in the red square is missing, you are missing your Office license and will need to wait and reopen the application periodically until the text appears. While waiting you can also periodically restart the machine. If you do not obtain a license by the next day submit a Happyfox ticket requesting assistance. 

 

Note: If you imaged a machine and it is missing the license, do not immediately reimage again. Applying the License does take some time after the image. If you have waited several hours reach out to your Field Tech in a ticket and they will assist you.
