Staff with Extension Mobility phones will have to sign into them rather than forwarding their phone number like teachers do. For school-based staff, Extension Mobility users include administrators, front office staff, LTEs, DSTs, and others. Below is one example of what an Extension Mobility phone looks like.

  • Type in your Self-Service ID on the keypad, which is your 10-digit phone number: 1719XXXXXXX. Use the circle button in the center of the phone to move down to the next field and type in your 6-digit PIN. If you haven't changed your voicemail PIN yet, the generic PIN is 135790. If you have changed it, type in your personal 6-digit PIN here. Press Submit

Tip: If you haven't changed your PIN yet, you can find directions to do so here: Changing the PIN for my Voicemail or Password for Extension Mobility Login
