Office365: Accessing Online Email

All District 11 Staff members have access to their email through the desktop application called Outlook, and an online version in office.com. When accessing email online, your experience may look different depending on your browser of choice, but the steps remain the same.

  • Open a browser and login to Office 365, by navigating to office.com

  • Use your D11 email and network password to log in

  • Click on the Outlook icon to access your email

Online Outlook will have almost all the options that the desktop version has.
